ALEXIS LAUREN adheres to a 48-hour cancellation policy. We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance. No shows, cancellations or rescheduling less than 48 hours before any appointment will incur a charge of $150 on the guaranteeing credit card. A credit card is required to reserve an appointment.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting the appointments of other clients.
The Collective membership starts with a 3-month commitment, a subscription for great skin. After the initial period, it becomes month-to-month with no penalty for cancellation. If you do not use your monthly facial for any reason, the cost can be put toward other services at a later date.

Memberships and member discounts are non-transferable and cannot be shared.
Any remaining perks will be forfeited at the time of cancellation.
The membership fee is payable on the same day of the month the initial payment is made. This does not include gratuity for facial services.
